Video Freezing Fix

There is a common issue in this game that has a fix - we have to just limit the frame rate settings, because if the game runs at a frame rate above 60, it will freeze occasionally. The solution is to limit the frame rate to 60 using your video card software driver setting.

Nvidia Users: You can turn on frame limiting in your Nvidia Control Panel.
