just started playing this, already on to pauls story (doing them left to right) so far, this i a pretty amazing game. it pretty faithful to the original games play style, with some great extra mechanics thrown in. whats more the mechanics are pretty well balanced. i did find a wall breaking glitch in godons castle, but other then that no other glitches yet. not even gonna lie i forgot the crystals were even in final fantasy 2
This game was definitely aimed at creating a "Better Final Fantasy 2" with the idea in mind not to change the core gameplay too much beyond the original other than adding quality of life fixes by design. When designing this game, SC Nikki and myself threw ideas at each other, but she did 100% of the actual coding/work.
However, I uploaded this game on my account so that everyone can experience and enjoy it on Nikki's behalf since she has been struggling a lot mentally (as I have as well).
See if you can find all the different references to each Final Fantasy title between 1-6 - there's several of them in there!

Which engine was this made in ?
Becouse RPG Maker doesn't have chibi characters like in this game as far am I'm aware
We made this game in RPG Maker MV, and used the generator to create the characters.
